Tanaka’s Amazing Scans is a scanlation circle dedicated to providing you with scanlations of Persona 4 related material. It currently consists of the following members:

What material are you covering?
As of right now, Tanaka’s Amazing Scans will be covering some Persona 4 Arena Doujinshi, and we are excited to announce that we will also be picking up the official Persona 4 manga from where the last scanlation group left off. We may take on other projects, as well, but these are the things we are currently focused on.
What about The Magician/Persona 4 Arena?
We will not be covering The Magician or Persona 4 Arena because Linefaced is already going to be tackling these projects over at her Tumblr. The Magician: http://linefaced.tumblr.com/tagged/The-Magician She will be doing Arena once she finishes The Magician.
What about [insert other project here]?
Tanaka’s Amazing Scans may consider other projects, depending on time. Our focus is on the official manga, and until we are caught up with that, it is likely that our other projects will be limited to ensure they don’t interfere. If you have a request, feel free of email us at tanakasamazingscans@gmail.com with the name of the project, a brief description, and whether or not you would be able to provide scans. Unfortunately, we cannot translate everything, so just keep in mind an inquiry does not guarantee we’ll be able to translate it. We will do our best to consider every request, and it is possible we may turn it down now only to pick it up once we’re caught up with the official manga.
What about [insert novel here]?
We are not currently translating novels, due to the time and intensity needed to do so.
What name will you be using for the MC?
Tanaka’s Amazing Scans will use the name the source material uses. This means Souji Seta for the official manga and Yu Narukami for Arena Doujinshi.
Will you be retranslating the first chapters of the official manga?
Not at this time. We understand that some people would like to see them retranslated, but we would like to focus on providing new content. Once we are caught up, we may reconsider.
Are you looking for more help?
We are not actively looking for help. However, if you feel you have something to add to the team, feel free to email us at tanakasamazingscans@gmail.com with your skillset and any samples of your work you may have.
Why is everything locked to the community?
This isn’t unusual behavior for a scan group – a lot of groups do this for the sake of protecting their scans from being pulled down. All you have to do is become a member. There is no approval process or special requirement to join. If you do not have a Dreamwidth account, you can get one for free, or you can log in using an OpenID and become a member that way. If for any reason, you do not want to be a member, you can acquire a copy of any scan via our Project Coordinator, hostilecrayon, at hostilecrayon@gmail.com.
I don’t pay much attention to my Dreamwidth account. Is there another way to know when new material has been released?
Yes, you may follow our Tumblr at tanakasamazingscans.tumblr.com, which will announce new material posted to the community.
Is there an official release schedule?
No. Tanaka's Amazing Scans is made up of people who are doing this in their free time, and though we will work as quickly as possible, we feel it would be best to work without deadlines right now. You can either subscribe to the comm or follow the Tumblr for updates.
